Have really gotten into watching the Simpsons lately, I was mad about them as a kid and my neglect of the series in favour of other shows over recent years has been criminal.

I NEVER do fan art, but dang-diddly-ang it, I just wanted to draw sumthin' Simpson.

Figured it would be pretty useless attempting to draw something in true Simpsonian style, and I probably couldn't if I tried, so here's a somewhat different rendering of my secret crush Lisa.

I tried my best to capture her personality, I think she could be a little stumpier, so maybe be this is Lisa aged 12, anyway, I enjoyed drawing this a lot (as you can tell by my uncommonly in depth explanation of it) I might even do more, or perhaps characters from other series, in this fleshed out style.
